What is the dress code for Prom Encore?
The theme for Prom Encore is Golden Elegance: A Night of Stars. We encourage formal attire with a touch of gold or starry elements to add to the magical ambiance of the evening.

What will be served for dinner?
Indulge in freshly baked rolls with sweet cream butter, Caesar salad, honey-glazed carrots, rosemary whipped potatoes, and your choice of either tender parmesan herb chicken or luxurious roasted garlic ravioli. This is a plated dinner, so the food will be brought to you!

What is included with a table ticket?
Admission to the event and dinner for 10 guests at your own table. Also, you receive your logo or name placed on the event brochure (optional) and special recognition during the event.

Is there parking available at the Garver Feed Mill?
Yes, Garver Feed Mill offers onsite parking for event attendees. 

Can I request a refund if I am unable to attend?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for tickets purchased. However, tickets are transferable, so you may give or sell your ticket to someone else if you're unable to attend.

Will there be food and beverages provided at the event?
Yes, dinner will be provided as part of your ticket purchase. Additionally, there will be a cash bar available offering a selection of beverages for purchase throughout the evening.

Are there any hotel accommodations available for attendees traveling from out of town?
Yes, the Sheraton Hotel offers accommodations for guests traveling from out of town at normal rates. We recommend booking your stay early to ensure availability.

Can I volunteer or contribute to the event in any way?
We greatly appreciate your interest in contributing to Prom Encore! Please reach out to our event organizers at [email protected] to inquire about volunteer opportunities or ways to support our cause.

Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Unfortunately, tickets can only be purchased in advance through our Eventbrite page or in person at our centers, Vera Court or BLW.

Is there an age requirement for attending Prom Encore?
Prom Encore is an adult-only event. Attendees must be 21 years of age or older to participate.

What does the ticket price include?
Your ticket includes admission to the event, access to the Garver Feed Mill, entertainment, dinner, and participation in any planned activities or contests throughout the evening.
