Elementary Program Lead

The Elementary Program Lead is a key member of The Elementary Program Team, which supports 40-45 students each day through after school and summer camp programming. Program Leads work closely with lead program staff to plan and implement program activities, supervise participants, and have an opportunity to be a positive influence in the lives of youth. This is an ideal position for an individual looking to build positive relationships with children, families, staff and maintain safe environments.

Middle & High School Lead

The Middle/High School Program Lead will work as part of a team to support the needs of youth participating in middle and high school programming, serving approximately 20–30 youth each day. The Program Lead will assist with planning and implementing engaging academic, enrichment, and recreational activities; supervise participants; and serve as a positive influence in the lives of youth. A successful Program Lead will build positive relationships with youth, families, and staff while helping maintain a safe, welcoming, and supportive program environment.
